My name is Rudolf-Peter Bakker.
I work in hospitality and F&B operations and have
experience leading diverse teams in a dynamic
environment where daily operations and complexity come together.
I describe myself as reliable, down-to-earth, and hands-on. Someone who enjoys working alongside the team, takes responsibility, and does what is
necessary to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

My way of working
In my work, I consider clarity and respect essential. Teams function best when expectations are clear and people feel seen and taken seriously. I like to be visible on the floor, approachable for the team, and calm in my approach.
