My name is Rudolf-Peter Bakker.
I work in hospitality and F&B operations and have 
experience leading diverse teams in a dynamic 
environment where daily operations and complexity come together.

I describe myself as reliable, down-to-earth, and hands-on. Someone who enjoys working alongside the team, takes responsibility, and does what is 
necessary to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

My way of working

In my work, I consider clarity and respect essential. Teams function best when expectations are clear and people feel seen and taken seriously. I like to be visible on the floor, approachable for the team, and calm in my approach.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or big words, but in:

I have experience managing teams within F&B 
operations, including larger and diverse teams. This is not just about processes and planning, but above all about the team members.

I consider personal development important, both for myself and for the teams I work with. Through clear communication, trust, and leading by example, space is created for growth.
